Help using the calendar

Use the site

Select Calendar for a month view or List view for a simple event list.
Use the arrows to change month or select Today.
Use search or filters to narrow the events.
Select an event to see its details.
Select Clear filters to show everything again.

Download a spreadsheet

Choose any filters you want, then select Download CSV. Open the downloaded file in Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet app. If no filters are selected, the file contains all currently published events.

Keep a calendar app updated

Open Subscribe.
Select Copy subscription link.
Follow the instructions for your calendar app.
Do not edit subscribed events; the feed is read-only.

Common questions

An event has not updated yet

Calendar providers choose their own refresh interval, so an update may not appear immediately.

I imported a file but it does not update

Remove the imported copy and subscribe using the web address instead.

I cannot see the calendar on Android

Add it through Google Calendar in a web browser, then enable the calendar on the phone.

The page says its data is old

The last verified calendar is being shown while the next source update is attempted.

Accessibility

This site is designed for keyboard use, screen readers, text zoom and reduced motion. The list view is an accessible alternative to the month grid. If school information conflicts with this calendar, follow the school’s direct communication.
